BLB helps support Susan G. Komen walk for Breat Cancer Awareness

Blossom Leigh Boutique design group on eBay has come together for a great cause! My niece Courtney is turning 16 years old this summer and is now old enough to walk in the 3 day 60 mile walk against breast cancer. She has decided she wants to walk and donate money to research in lieu of a sweet 16 party! She has a heart of gold.

Now our group BLB Boutique has decided to help her raise money by donating our time and expertise in making custom boutique items. We have 3 prizes to give away and are selling raffle tickets for $10 a piece. These tickets are numbered 1-100 and we will ONLY sell 100 tickets. Tickets are available for purchase from May 15th to June 15th. On July 1st we will draw 3 names. The first name drawn is the grand prize winner, the 2nd name is the 2nd prize, and the 3rd is the 3rd prize. You can purchase more than one ticket to increase your odds, but once sold out there will not be any more! We will announce the winners on July 1st for everyone to congratulate.

Get some pink lemonade!!!

We had the pleasure of being paired with Beth of Katkatcreations for the BVIPplay launch...and she just gets such the cutest embroidery designs...that when I saw this lemonade stand I just had to get an outfit!!! So that was my inspirations, as I sifted through my fabric stash to find my fabrics for Beth so that she could make us and outfit.... I just love these kind of launches where I send my fabric to another designer, they make a design for us, and well then we get to model--- then to benefit the designer I sent her extra fabric to make a duplicate and well they get pics to sell the item...so we had a blast with this outfit.

Briauna just loves lemons--- yeah kinda like her mother--- we can eat them whole;) And well Briauna's favorite color is pink...so this was a perfect set... we really enjoyed modelling for Beth...check out the whole ensemble as I picked up some shoes from Kellie of lil*beans*boutique2, and bows by Nikki of fairy-dust-n-freckles.

Meet Violet Morningglory and the Fairycakes debut!!!

The excitement is brewing and the premiere is coming!!! The new elite ebay group ready to dazzle you with designs!!! The debut launch is featuring a Midsummer's Night Dream...with all things fantasy, so lots of fairies and make believe....a dream that all children dream where the land is full of fun and frolick. The faires make sure all your desires are cared for and you can fly through the trees and flowers and seek pure joy!!!

It is time to meet Violet Morningglory and the inspiration behind the name. Who doesn't love the color purple... and the symbolism behind the color. It is a royal color, so it is the perfect for the Queen. And growing up I was given a plot of land to garden, and every year I had to grow morning glories, because my plot was behind the shed near the kennel fence...hmmm wonder if Dad just wanted to hide my garden, but looking back it was the perfect plot of land, and I just loved the morning glories that grew from that tiny seed. They seemed to last all summer long and awoke every morning--- morning seems to be my most productive times, so from there the Fairy Name awoke...and Queen*Bree*Designs became the fairy Violet Morningglory!!!

Stay tuned to learn more about Violet Morningglory and her sweet village with other fairies and well her pet unicorn too...this shall be a magical design!!! In a Mid Summer's Night dream...

Keeping up with the Jones'...

I am always trying to keep up...trying to dedicate myself to improving my advertising and staying on top of things, including this blog!!! I am always behind too many orders that I am pushing through and so little time.

Well I am trying to keep this updated so I can get some followers. I just figured out facebook, so you can find me there as well...have some store listing currently up on ebay if you are looking for some summer designs.
